Sat 20.07. klo 20:00 - Main Stage

Organist and pianist Cory Henry is best known for his many years as a member of the popular jazz/fusion band Snarky Puppy. Afterward, he founded The Funk Apostles, whose music echoes the sounds of Earth, Wind & Fire and the funkier productions of Herbie Hancock. Before this, Cory Henry was part of saxophonist Kenny Garrett’s touring ensemble and collaborated with Bruce Springsteen, The Roots, and P. Diddy.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1987, Cory Henry was a grooving child prodigy in his hometown. He began playing the organ at the age of three and made his concert debut at six at the Apollo Theater in Harlem.
